If your loved one passed away and left a Will directing how their property should be distributed. Our experienced Estate Attorneys can assist you with getting the Will admitted to Probate. This includes filing the Probate Petition with the Surrogate’s Court, along with other required affidavits and documentation. Once this process is completed, an Executor is appointed and issued Letters Testamentary, authorizing the marshalling and distribution of assets. Our attorneys will also provide guidance on the distribution of assets, tax filing obligations, and handling outstanding debts.
