Probate Proceeding

Probate is the court-supervised process of settling a deceased person’s estate, when a person dies leaving a will.  Our attorneys assist with validating the will, identifying assets, and paying debts. In addition, we assist executors by filing all paperwork necessary to have the individual appointed as Executor  Our office, will also assist in inventorying estate property, and ensuring proper notice to creditors and beneficiaries.
